Question 1

What does Spej offer?

Accepted Answer

Spej offers three ways to work together: an AI Roadmap to identify and prioritize use cases, Design & Build to put one use case into production, and an AI Office for a standing team that delivers an initiative every month.

Question 2

What do we get from an AI Roadmap?

Accepted Answer

Your top three use cases ranked by expected return, with the first use case scoped, priced and timed. You’ll walk away with something to do whether you continue to work with Spej or not.

Accepted Answer

From $5,000. About one week. It takes 4–5 hours of your leaders’ time.

Question 4

What is the AI Roadmap guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If the readout isn’t something you’d put in front of your board, we refund it.

Question 5

Is the AI Roadmap the same as the free readiness guide?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI Roadmap is a paid engagement developed with Spej around your business, expected return and next steps. The free readiness guide gives you an automated profile from your answers. It does not include the paid AI Roadmap engagement.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

From $25,000. There is a weekly 30-minute check-in.

Question 8

Question 9

Accepted Answer

The AI Office is a standing AI team that puts one initiative into production every month. It reviews guardrails, trains people and provides a one-page monthly report. Each quarter includes a review and the next three priorities. You own everything built.

Question 10

How much does the AI Office cost, and what is the commitment?

Accepted Answer

From $15,000/month. Six-month commitment, then quarter by quarter.

Accepted Answer

If a month ends with nothing deployed to production, that month is free.
